Oversee travel logistics and planning for the CEO and team.
Own operational functions including vendor management, payments, and office processes.
Create and maintain efficient systems for information flow and team operations.
Support meetings by attending, capturing key takeaways, and ensuring timely follow‑up.
Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, keeping priorities moving forward.
