Ruby/Elixir Developer (mid/senior)

Vox Group is looking for mid/senior developers to join our team and work on several backend projects, in Ruby on Rails and Elixir/Phoenix.

We are not an agency; we work on our own products. Open to everyone in EU (or similar) timezones.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain backend applications in Ruby on Rails and Elixir/Phoenix.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a backend developer.
2. Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and Elixir/Phoenix.
3. Understanding of databases and web services.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
