The position involves close collaboration with IT operations for troubleshooting, system installations/upgrades, and ensuring peak system performance. The ideal candidate will ensure minimal downtime, participate in hardware upgrades, and contribute to disaster recovery efforts, enhancing our data center's functionality. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Mac systems, Dell, Supermicro hardware, and Network infrastructures. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac systems and Supermicro servers. Perform system health checks, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for real-time technical support and issue resolution. Oversee data center infrastructure management, including hardware upgrades and documentation. Must-Have Skills: Expertise in Mac and Supermicro server maintenance. Strong knowledge of networking and data center infrastructures. Exceptional troubleshooting and hardware issue resolution skills.
