Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, JSP, and React , with a passion for creating intuitive and efficient user interfaces. You will work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to build and enhance front-end features that deliver a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces using JavaScript , React , and JSP . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional front-end code. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Debug and resolve front-end issues across multiple browsers and devices. Participate in code reviews and follow front-end best practices. Work closely with backend developers to integrate UI components with APIs and services. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a UI Developer or similar role. Proficiency in JavaScript , JSP (JavaServer Pages) , and React.js . Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. Experience with version control tools like Git. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex UI issues. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Java -based web applications or Spring framework or aluminium framework or angular JS. Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, or npm.
