Dallas Project Manager
Looking to hire a direct hire Project Manager in the Dallas, TX area!
Responsibilities: Assembles the estimate for the project and reviews the final estimate and ensures the proper loading of those numbers into the project cost system. Visit job sites or onsite offices, perform work inspections, check job progress, and resolve project and contract issues. Conduct regular status updates and end-of-contract cost analysis. Ensure timely completion of high-quality projects within budget constraints. Conducts pre-job planning meetings and documents meeting results, ensures all action items are completed. Develop and keep current on all the project schedules. Establish and execute subcontracts and equipment buy-outs to support schedules and budgets. Communicate all project issues to the appropriate level of management in a timely manner. Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract performance. Manages conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades or partners. Identify and develop policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field is mandatory. 2-5 years of direct experience required (project manager with a commercial mechanical contractor Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
Pay: $100k and up (Pay is commensurate with skills and experience!) Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)
