Manager of Nursing

Pediatric and PICU team

As the Nursing Manager, youll lead a team of extraordinary nurses who deliver life-saving care to our smallest and most resilient patients. Youll guide day-to-day operations, inspire growth, and ensure our young patients and their families receive the highest quality, most compassionate care possible.
In this role, youll: Provide leadership and vision for our Pediatric and PICU units, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes and staff engagement. Champion evidence-based practices and foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and professional growth. Collaborate closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, family-centered care. Make a meaningful impact in a hospital where every child is known, every family is supported, and every nurse is valued.
What were looking for: Nevada RN license (or ability to obtain) Bachelors or Master's degree in Nursing preferred (or in progress) 1+ year of nursing leadership or management experience A passion for pediatric and critical care nursing
