Bilingual Construction Safety Manager

What youll do: Serve as company-wide

Safety Manager

ensuring OSHA compliance and Wildcat safety standards. Train new employees and develop training program. Evaluate, develop, and implement new safety policies and procedures. Perform weekly inspections, hazard assessments, and enforce corrective actions at jobsites. Develop and review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Pre-Task Plans (PTPs). Partner with project leadership and subcontractor teams to maintain a safe worksite. Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with a diverse workforce.

What were looking for: OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification (updated within 2 years). Actively training to achieve OSHA 500 Construction Certification Current First Aid, CPR, AED certification. Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction

Safety Manager . Academic degree in Safety or related field preferred (CSP, CHST, or ASP designations a plus). Proven ability to recognize hazards, take corrective action, and lead safety programs. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
