Information Technology Project Lead (Brookings)

Manage all aspects of label changes as they relate to the Brookings, SD plant in alignment with the on-going deployment of SAP S/4 Hana and the Loftware labeling system.
Work with the plant engineering team to coordinate and manage efforts to align printing technologies to the new systems (SAP/Loftware), including data migrations and new technology and infrastructure.
Establish schedules and drive timelines as the relate to the labeling system changes and in sync with the overall SAP deployment schedule. Support and become an advocate for changes to labels impacted by the rebranding of the Solventum company. Identify risks and issues related to the new labeling technologies. Communicate and solve or escalate problems as appropriate. Partner with the business on phase in/phase out activities as they relate to labeling. Determine business change impacts and partner with the Organizations Change Management team to ensure successful transitions. Drive the successful testing and implementation of new technologies supporting labeling.
Other responsibilities include: Be the accountable as the project manager for all labeling changes impacted by the SAP deployment. Support and/or implement processes and activities that will efficiently address the upcoming changes to the label creation process.
Skills: Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university in a technical or business field. 5-10 years in project leadership experience. Preferably PMP. Direct experience in implementing new systems and processes. Fluency in use of project management tools: MS Project, Jira, etc. Experience in presenting to senior leadership. Experience in a manufacturing setting. Added value in a health care manufacturing environment. Experience with SAP deployments. Experience with Loftware or other Labeling ERP
