We are seeking a full-time reconstructive plastic surgeon to join our
busy private practice specializing in
limb salvage, upper extremity, and microsurgery . Our well-established practice includes a strong referral base and an on-site surgery center, thriving in a competitive D.C. market. The ideal candidate is driven, efficient, and committed to high-quality outcomes, with interest in expanding into new hospital systems as opportunities arise.
Position Details: Expected volume: ~12,000 RVUs Call: 1 in 3 rotation Established patient base and strong support team Requirements: MD or DO with
Virginia Medical License
(or eligibility) Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Plastic Surgery Proven experience in reconstructive and microsurgery Excellent communication and patient management skills
