Nurse Manager (RN) - Recuperative Care Center Salary: $109,700 to $130,400 Annually Requirements to apply Current California RN license Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred 35 years clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory or management roles Minimum 4 years experience in ambulatory care settings Maintain current CPR certification by American Heart Association Experience with underserved populations, including homelessness and substance use disorders Knowledge of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and public health best practices Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Full-time Nurse Manager role overseeing nursing operations at a Recuperative Care Center, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing homelessness in a trauma-informed environment. Job Overview As Nurse Manager, you will lead a nursing team providing interim housing and medical care to eligible patients who are homeless and medically stable. You will supervise clinical staff, support program leadership, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while enhancing service delivery.
