Nurse Manager (RN) - Recuperative Care Center Salary: $109,700 to $130,400 Annually Requirements to apply Current California RN license Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred 35 years clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory or management roles Minimum 4 years experience in ambulatory care settings Maintain current CPR certification by American Heart Association Experience with underserved populations, including homelessness and substance use disorders Knowledge of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and public health best practices Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Full-time Nurse Manager role overseeing nursing operations at a Recuperative Care Center, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing homelessness in a trauma-informed environment.
