Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, located in Albemarle, NC. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will engage in daily tasks such as conducting behavior assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education and training, and supervising and mentoring behavior technicians. Additionally, the role involves data collection and analysis, progress reporting, and collaboration with other professionals to support the individualized needs of each client.
Qualifications Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) skills Parent Education and Interaction skills Background in Psychology and Behavior Management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field is preferred Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a plus
