$130,000 annually (contingent on experience)
About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join a mission-driven organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The psychologist will play a key role in conducting evaluations, determining eligibility, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and supporting case management services. This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children, adults, and families while working in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological evaluations for individuals with developmental disabilities. Perform eligibility reviews in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessments, including: Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), (Wechsler) Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development Provide clinical consultation and support to case management staff. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. Prepare comprehensive psychological reports and documentation. Participate in training, committees, and occasional court testimony regarding eligibility determinations.
Requirements PhD or PsyD in Psychology required. Active California license as a psychologist required. Required experience in: Testing for developmental disabilities. Eligibility reviews for services. Case management support and physician collaboration.
Strong analytical, clinical formulation, and report-writing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative with team and great communication. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus! Not required
