project manager/project architect to join our Cleveland, Ohio, area team. This role is ideal for a professional with 510 years of experience who can lead project coordination, client communication, and design execution across multiple sectors, with a focus on K12 and public architecture.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all project phases from concept through construction Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams Communicate project goals, deadlines, and technical requirements Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Oversee development of construction documents and ensure quality control Interpret and apply building and zoning codes Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Experience/Certifications:
Degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management (preferred) 510 years of relevant experience (K12, municipal, healthcare, or commercial architecture preferred) Proficiency in Revit and building information modeling (BIM) Strong knowledge of design development, detailing, and construction documentation Familiarity with construction techniques and contracts Architectural license a plus
