Lead Interior Superintendent
to oversee interior build-out operations on mid- to high-rise residential projects (up to 30 stories) in the West Palm Beach area.
Position Overview
The
Lead Interior Superintendent
will be responsible for managing all aspects of interior construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of interior finishes, coordination with MEP trades, and a strong track record delivering high-rise multifamily or condo projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise interior construction from rough-in through final punch and turnover. Coordinate daily field operations, subcontractor schedules, and material deliveries. Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, field staff, and client representatives. Review and monitor project schedules, proactively addressing potential delays. Oversee inspections, resolve field issues, and manage close-out activities. Maintain detailed daily reports and progress updates. Mentor and support assistant superintendents and field staff.
Qualifications
10+ years
of construction experience, including
5+ years as an Interior or Finishes Superintendent. Proven experience on
mid-rise to high-rise projects (up to 30 stories). Strong background in
multifamily, condo, or mixed-use interiors. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency with
Procore ,
MS Project , or similar construction management software. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
