We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to lead our financial operations and help shape the future of our organization. This individual will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, compliance, audits, and bank relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in finance and leadership and can confidently support growth initiatives and business strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop and present comprehensive financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO and executive team Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support business decision-making Oversee cash flow, working capital management, and liquidity planning Direct and manage company audits and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across all financial functions Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions Support and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities Participate in long-term strategic planning and provide insights on financial implications Provide leadership and development opportunities within the finance and accounting team Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 710 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail Exceptional knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and compliance Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams CPA or MBA is preferred but not required
