Customer Care Representative - Temporary, Full-Time
Eden Prairie, MN | 100% Onsite $20/hr | Temporary Assignment (November-January) Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM + Required Weekend Shifts Are you an experienced Call Center Representative or Customer Service Agent looking for a seasonal job with a fast-paced team? We're hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support high-volume inbound calls during the busy holiday season. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity with overtime potential and a supportive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound customer service calls Provide product information and support for holiday merchandise (e.g., Christmas lights, artificial trees, seasonal dcor) Follow a customer service script to assess needs and deliver solutions Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate records and adhere to call center protocols
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or phone-based office role is required Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills Excellent typing, grammar, and spelling accuracy Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
Schedule & Commitment:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Required additional workdays (non-negotiable):
Friday, November 28 (Black Friday) Saturday, November 29 Saturday, December 6
Holidays Off:
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day Overtime pay
available for hours worked over 40/week
