Therapy Matters
Location : Hybrid (Home Health and some Clinic based work in Chandler, AZ)
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000 (based on experience, negotiable depending on experience)
Schedule:
Fulltime
Schedule is based on operational needs and clients. Session schedules typically require late mornings through early evenings, as we are mainly serving the pediatric population and after-school appointments.

Physical Therapist
at Therapy Matters, youll work in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting with opportunity to grow into a leadership role and expand the PT department
Key Responsibilities - What Youll Do Develop Therapy Plans:
Create and implement individualized physical therapy plans to enhance gross motor skills, balance, and mobility for clients in home and clinic settings Deliver Evidence-Based Care:
Use advanced, evidence-based interventions to promote physical development and functional independence tailored to each clients unique needs Lead Collaborative Care:
Work closely with families, BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, and other team members to provide holistic, client-centered therapy Supervise and Mentor:
Oversee PTAs, providing guidance and contributing to team training and quality assurance Ensure Compliance:
Complete accurate session notes, progress reports, and billing documentation in compliance with Arizona DDD guidelines and other insurance requirements (both commercial and state insurance) Adapt to Settings:
Work with clients in either their homes or in our modern Chandler clinic, with flexibility to adjust locations to meet the clients needs Drive Program Growth:
Participate in clinical team meetings, ongoing training, and program development to enhance client outcomes and clinic services
Skills You Will Use Designing and implementing
individualized therapy plans for pediatric and neurodiverse clients Delivering hands-on physical therapy
with a focus on mobility, balance, and gross motor development Leading and mentoring
PTAs to ensure high-quality care Navigating
Commercial Insurance as well as Arizona DDD for authorizations, and billing processes Collaborating effectively
with families and multidisciplinary team members Adapting
to both center-based and in-home therapy settings with a client-centered approach
Benefits Competitive Salary:

Education/Experience and Other Requirements Masters degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Valid Arizona PT license or eligibility Minimum 3 years of experience as a PT, with 5+ years preferred, including significant pediatric and neurodiverse (e.g., autism) experience Familiarity with Arizona DDD guidelines as well as commercial insurance requirements for service compliance, insurance authorizations, and billing processes Availability to provide In-Home visits as well as flexibility to work in our Chandler clinic when client scheduling requires.Schedules can be from mid mornings to early evenings depending on client needs Compassionate, engaging personality and commitment to client-centered care Maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Card/Background Check
