Paralegal
to join our legal team in Atlanta, Georgia, to help support our mission of delivering
exceptional, specialty-led dental care
to children and families across the country.
This is an exciting opportunity to work
at the intersection of law and healthcare , supporting both our corporate legal team and our affiliated dental practices. You'll be a key partner in navigating corporate, transactional, and regulatory legal matters that impact our day-to-day operations.
In this role, youll: Draft and negotiate M&A-related materials and commercial contracts Manage employment, compliance, regulatory, and litigation matters Collaborate across business groups and provide practical legal guidance Help drive our mission through meaningful legal support
What we're looking for: Bachelors degree (Paralegal Studies or related field), or Associates with Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved preferred) 35 years of law firm or in-house experience, ideally in healthcare regulatory or compliance Experience with multi-location service providers and enterprise contract management systems (Lexion preferred)
