to identify an experienced
Inside Sales Representative
for their Miami, FL location. This role is ideal for a driven, customer-focused sales professional who understands the nuances of selling high-end lumber and decking materials
someone who thrives on building relationships, providing solutions, and closing business.
The Opportunity The Inside Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, quotes, and orders while helping to drive branch sales performance. The right candidate will combine product knowledge with polished communication and presentation skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in person and by phone to assess project needs and recommend product solutions. Prepare and manage quotes, estimates, and order entry through the CRM system. Maintain strong product and market knowledge to effectively promote company offerings. Collaborate with the branch team to meet sales targets and profitability goals. Ensure timely follow-up and maintain accurate sales records.
The Ideal Candidate 3+ years
of inside sales experience in
lumber, decking, or building materials . 2+ years
working specifically with
tropical hardwood lumber products
(Ipe, Cumaru, etc.). Proficient in CRM systems (Spruce experience highly preferred). Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Bilingual in
English and Spanish
(Portuguese a plus). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
