Full-Time, Direct-Hire Location: Marshfield, MA Salary Range: $80 - 90k + Yearly Bonus NorthMed Health is partnering with a respected private practice outpatient clinic to hire a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist. Responsibilities Evaluate patients through history, assessment, and goal-setting. Design and implement customized treatment plans focused on recovery and functional independence. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with a strong emphasis on education and engagement. Collaborate with directors, aides, and coordinators to ensure seamless patient care. Accurately document progress per company standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in mentorship, workshops, and ongoing professional development. Contribute to a team culture rooted in values.
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT). Active Physical Therapy license in MA (or eligibility prior to start). Strong clinical reasoning, diagnostic skills, and manual therapy expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; strong new grads encouraged to apply.
Skills Musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation expertise. Exercise prescription and patient motivation skills. Strong organizational and documentation abilities. Adaptability to meet diverse patient needs. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
