A growing medical device company in Minneapolis is seeking a hands-on Director of Post-Market Quality to own all post-market activities for its Class III devices
including complaints, CAPA, vigilance, and trend analysis.
This on-site role is ideal for someone who loves being in the details, wearing many hats, and building systems from the ground up. Youll partner closely with engineering, regulatory, and operations to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
What Youll Bring: Experience with post-market quality for Class III medical devices Deep knowledge of complaint handling, CAPA, and regulatory requirements Engineering degree preferred, but not required A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves approach No direct reports to start, but growth and leadership opportunities ahead.
