We're seeking an entry-level and experienced BCBAs at our Albuquerque Center. We provide early intervention (18 months up to 6 years), center-based ABA Therapy for children diagnosed with autism.
Our work environment includes: Weekly work-from-home days Flexible schedules

Duties/Responsibilities
Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) working with clients Develop a child-specific behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA Train each staff member on their clients specific behavior treatment plan Continuously conduct weekly reviews of data to ensure that treatment is effective Modify any programs that are not making progress or that the client has mastered Conduct assessments not limited to the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or AFLS upon intake and every 6 months, thereafter Track all authorization dates for clients and update all treatment plans before authorizations expire Monitor and adjust the behavior plan throughout the treatment period in accordance with the childs progression Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Practical Functional Assessments as needed Participate in weekly BCBA group meetings to discuss client progress or concerns Run and participate in monthly staff meetings. Maintain knowledge of different programs and certifications through CEU events
Qualifications Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field - REQUIRED Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines - REQUIRED Experience working with center-based, early intervention children - PREFERRED
Benefits and Perks Hourly between $50 - $65 Fully Comprehensive Benefit packages 20 Days PTO Self-Paced Career Progression & Manageable Caseloads designed to meet the desire of newly certified BCBAs to learn, and experienced BCBAs to excel Centralized home office and center support BCBAs do not have to complete any admin tasks; scheduling, prior autos, etc. We support RBTs so they can support YOU Ongoing Training & Professional Development for RBTs and BCBAs $1000 yearly CEU reimbursement, including conferences and airfare. BCBA do not have to cover direct treatment sessions.
