About Our Client Addison Group is working with a valued client in the legal and financial services sector to identify a Title Curative Processor for their Phoenix office. This organization specializes in resolving title-related issues and supporting financial institutions through the foreclosure and mortgage servicing process.
Job Description The Title Curative Processor is responsible for analyzing title reports and resolving any issues preventing the progression of foreclosure proceedings. This role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with mortgage and title documents, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Examine title reports to identify and resolve discrepancies
Review affidavits, parcel maps, and title chains for accuracy
Coordinate with internal departments to clear title issues
Interpret and evaluate bankruptcy documentationNavigate multiple client systems and Excel spreadsheets
Maintain organized files and documentation
Perform general office tasks including filing, copying, and phone handling
Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in title, escrow, foreclosure, or mortgage servicing
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of mortgage documents, appraisals, and loan files
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Personable and collaborative team player

Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Interview Process: One 30-minute onsite interview; potential same-day offer
