Turn2Partners is hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and client engagement.
Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination of complex domestic and international travel
Prepare and process expense reports; manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Serve as a gatekeeper for executive communications, prioritizing inquiries and maintaining efficient workflows
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt, professional responses and supporting client engagement processes (e.g., opening new matters, preparing engagement letters)
Assist with the execution of strategic goals and business development initiatives
Coordinate internal meetings, team events, and firm-wide activities; handle logistics and communications as needed
Draft, edit, and proofread legal and administrative documents; maintain organized and compliant records
Support internal communications and collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance visibility and branding initiatives.
Qualifications
2–7 years of Executive Assistant experience in a law firm or professional services environment (required)
Strong proficiency in managing complex calendars and coordinating international and domestic travel
Experienced in handling confidential information with discretion and skilled in drafting and proofreading business and legal documents
Comfortable collaborating across departments such as marketing, business development, and operations
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
