Overview Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) – Supply Chain Finance. Partner with North America Supply Chain leaders to provide strategic business decision support, general financial analysis and control for Cost, Manufacturing, Logistics and Inventory. Manage a team of direct reports supporting North America Consumer Business (NACB).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop direct reports.

Serve as a business partner with NACB Supply Chain teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve budgeted metrics.

Finance lead on strategic initiatives and C$ave projects; support RFPs for freight, 3PLs and logistics capital investments.

Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast process.

Manage weekly/monthly reporting of key financial and operational metrics, cost savings projects, expense projections and supply chain accruals.

Lead project‑oriented initiatives and perform ad hoc financial analysis.

Evaluate, approve and manage capital project spending.

Resolve finished goods variances at RDCs and 3PMs.

Work with internal and external auditors, audit recommendations, and compliance.

Ensure strong communication and change management.

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related program and 7+ years of directly relevant experience; or advanced degree with 5+ years.

Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Experience & Skills

MBA or CPA.

Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.

Initiative and teamwork, cross‑functional collaboration.

Experience developing motivated staff.

Application of continuous improvement frameworks.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Analytical thinking with complex financial analysis, DCF/project valuation, P&L analysis and modeling.

Experience with BPC, BW, SAP, Excel.

Job Requirements

Full‑time position based in Racine, WI.

Remote work available one week per week.

Eligible for domestic relocation.
