Investigate moderate to complex fraud cases primarily involving retirement plans, life insurance, and annuities Recommend and implement fraud prevention policies and controls to ensure compliance and effectiveness Communicate findings and case developments to management and other internal stakeholders Provide data analysis and proactive support to business partners to enhance fraud detection capabilities Monitor tools and reports to identify and respond to suspicious activities What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in fraud investigation, risk mitigation, or related fields Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage complex cases Experience with data reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred Familiarity with AML and fraud detection tools is a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
