What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with business clients and ProcureAbility staff to understand analytical objectives and secure necessary data Design and document data extraction, preparation, and ingestion tasks Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools such as Excel and Power BI Identify and resolve data challenges with internal and external stakeholders Conduct design reviews and participate in QA functions for information delivery applications
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in supply chain, analytics, or any STEM field 3+ years of experience leveraging data to support fact-based decision-making 2 years of experience utilizing BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) Strong skillset in MS Excel Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Solid understanding of supply chain and procurement business, specifically data and spend categorizationExperience designing, developing, and testing BI solutions, including relational databases and data warehouses Experience with SQL, writing lookup queries, stored procedures, and creating database schemas Familiarity with Azure services or equivalent (AWS, GCP) Experience in object-oriented programming languages (Python, Java, C#)
