Product Analyst DO III Location: Remote

Position Summary The Product Analyst partners closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to support the development and enhancement of Signet’s Ecommerce websites (Kay, Jared, Zales, Banter, Peoples, H Samuel, Ernest Jones). This role is focused on research, analysis, and execution of product initiatives that improve customer experience, drive measurable business outcomes, and align with brand differentiation goals.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer and site data (e.g., Medallia, CSAT/NPS, Adobe Analytics) to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for brand-specific enhancements

Conduct research on user stories and requests to define requirements, dependencies, and expected benefits

Measure, track, and report results from completed initiatives against KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction

Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Collaborate with the Design team to ensure brand-specific identity and intent are reflected in solutions

Provide technical input on CMS capabilities, front-end theming (CSS, tokens, styles), and integration considerations

Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives; help prioritize sprint work with the Product Manager

Validate delivered functionality through manual/functional testing and coordinate with QA to ensure requirements are met

Partner with engineers to clarify requirements and explore technical tradeoffs

Assist in the development and execution of product demonstrations with stakeholders to ensure successful launch

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; technical or analytical field preferred

Certifications a plus

Minimum of 2 - 4 years in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Product /Project Management role

Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements

Experience in Agile delivery, design thinking practice and sprint planning

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, design tokens) and content management systems

Experience in using industry standard Agile tools – Jira, Confluence, et al.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to bridge business and technical teams

Salary Range The salary range for this opportunity is $67,000 - $90,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
