Our client is seeking a W2 ReactJS Developer for a 100% onsite position in Columbus, Ohio.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
Formal training or certification in software engineering principles.
Proficiency in software design paradigms including object‑oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming (FP).
Expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
Hands‑on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms, especially AWS.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test software in a diverse technology environment.
Apply a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Champion agile development methodologies and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
Drive continuous improvement in team processes, tooling, and delivery practices.
Identify and implement opportunities for process and tool enhancements.
Build scalable, high‑performance platforms with a focus on rapid iteration and creative problem‑solving.
Ensure product quality through comprehensive testing strategies including unit, component, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
Follow architectural standards and adhere to risk management and security policies.
Collaborate on open, standards‑based solutions while integrating with existing enterprise infrastructure.
