The Building Support Technician/Forklift Operator (Night) performs a variety of maintenance, manual labor, and support functions necessary for the regular operations of the Court. Responsible for using a forklift or other equipment to load, unload, move, stack and stage materials. Cleaning responsibilities include washing, stripping, waxing and polishing marble, wood parquet, tile and cement floors; cleaning and vacuuming carpeted floors; cleaning marble, wood and painted walls and ceilings; cleaning windows, courtyard furniture and wall treatments. Collects and disposes of trash, recyclables and burn bags. Cleans and restocks restrooms. Performs other duties as assigned. Hours are 4:30 p.m. until 1:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Requirements
Meet Experience Requirements (see Qualifications) Employment is subject to successful completion of a security background check. If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, you must certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System, or are exempt from having to do so under the Selective Service Law.
