Data Analyst - Revenue Systems
at Kforce (client: Draper, UT)
Overview We are hiring a Revenue Systems Data Analyst to design and operationalize the data infrastructure that drives growth across Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams. This role sits at the intersection of data architecture, sales operations, and revenue technology, connecting fragmented GTM systems into a unified data foundation that powers decision‑making, AI adoption, and automation.
Responsibilities
Design and implement attribution models connecting opportunity, enrollment, revenue credit
Build and optimize data pipelines that unify fragmented GTM data sources
Integrate data across Salesforce, Power BI, Databricks, ZoomInfo, Ziwave, and Outreach.io
Partner with central data and governance teams to align architecture and ensure data integrity
Automate sales credit tracking, pipeline visibility, and lifecycle management
Support AI‑based revenue engines and predictive GTM initiatives
Develop and deliver datasets for segmentation, prioritization, and campaign automation
Conduct list scrubbing and enrichment to support targeted outreach campaigns
Maintain detailed documentation of field mapping, data lineage, and pipeline logic
Report progress weekly and align deliverables with key milestones
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics)
8+ years of experience in data, GTM systems, sales operations, or commercial analytics
Proven experience with attribution, forecasting, lead scoring, or revenue data modeling
Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data platforms (Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI)
Familiarity with RevOps or MarTech ecosystems and GTM data workflows
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Team & Collaboration Reports under the Sales Technology organization. Works cross‑functionally with RevOps, MarTech, and centralized Data teams.
Compensation Pay range: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year (based on experience and qualifications). Employee pay is based on factors such as education, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. The range may be modified in the future.
