About the Sales Manager Position
Guide for families and older adults
– You’ll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in.
Team player
– You’ll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
Partner
– You’ll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
