Position Summary The
Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager
will be a key member of the finance team, providing decision-support to executive leadership, regional operations, and clinical leadership. This role will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting across a multi-site footprint. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical and modeling skills, healthcare services experience, and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, PE-backed growth environment .
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budget, quarterly reforecasting, and monthly variance analysis.
Develop and maintain financial models (clinic, surgical center, and lab P&L performance).
Support long-range strategic planning, capital allocation, and expansion modeling.
Business Partnering & Decision Support
Provide actionable insights to operations leaders across multiple states.
Partner with clinical and regional managers to identify performance improvement opportunities.
Analyze patient volumes, payer mix, reimbursement trends, and clinical throughput metrics.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare board and investor reporting packages with clear analysis and KPIs.
Develop dashboards to track financial, operational, and clinical performance.
Standardize reporting across sites to ensure comparability and transparency.
M&A and Growth Support
Support financial due diligence, integration modeling, and post-close tracking for acquisitions.
Assist leadership in identifying synergies and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA/CFA a plus.
Experience:
3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or healthcare services. Prior exposure to
multi-site healthcare (clinics, ASC, labs, or physician practice management)
strongly preferred. Experience in
PE-backed or high-growth environments
is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise. Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Insights, etc.). ERP system experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong business acumen and ability to partner with non-financial stakeholders. Comfortable operating independently in a lean, high-growth environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
