Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional growth and profitability plan targeting education and building‑service‑contractor (BSC) customers.

Analyze data to identify top accounts and distribution channels (corporate, regional, and local) and build resource strategies that drive retention, expansion, and revenue acceleration.

Recruit, develop, and inspire a high‑performing sales team; provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to ensure goal achievement.

Guide complex negotiations and major deal closures with strategic end‑users and distributors.

Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to track regional performance; leverage Salesforce.com to manage opportunities, account health, and team development.

Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure consistent delivery of targets.

Partner with distributors, key account teams, and internal stakeholders to co‑develop growth and account penetration strategies; drive customer satisfaction and value creation through joint planning and execution.

Develop deep knowledge of the institutional cleaning market, Solenis products and programs, and competitive offerings; enable the team to differentiate Solenis offerings and advance the sales process.

Conduct regular reviews with employees, customers, and distributors; showcase delivered value and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Manage administrative responsibilities including Salesforce updates, expense reporting, pricing, performance reviews, development plans, and budget oversight.

Qualifications

5–7 years of related experience in sales leadership with a Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma is a minimum requirement.

Proven success in managing high‑performing sales teams, developing talent, and coaching for results.

Strong analytical skills with a history of using insights to shape territory plans and drive execution.

Skilled at collaborating across departments and influencing both internal and external stakeholders to align on goals.

Deep understanding of distribution dynamics and customer priorities in education and BSC environments.

Ability to negotiate with large accounts, adapt to market trends, and deliver profitable growth.

Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision‑makers and build trust.

Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office tools, and administrative processes.

Field readiness: ability to travel (including overnights), hold a valid US driver’s license, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Candidates must live in the Western/Central US.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $105,600.00 and $176,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
