Manufacturing Engineer 1st Shift – Space Hardware, Project Kuiper Manufacturing-Integration

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. This position provides manufacturing engineering ownership of integrated and tested assemblies for the Project Kuiper satellite program. You will support the production and testing of satellite assemblies. Key Job Responsibilities

Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner Support and manage daily production operations and eliminate blockers and/or part shortages Work with cross‑functional teams to solve production issues Provide design for manufacturability feedback and drive positive continuous change to hardware Collaborate with process, quality, and design engineers to continuously improve manufacturing processes Export Control Requirement

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Basic Qualifications

2+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems experience Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent Preferred Qualifications
