Corporate Legal Assistant

Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join a law firm downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and format legal documents (contracts, agreements, policies, resolutions, closing books).
Prepare and file corporate documents, including annual reports, licenses, and regulatory filings.
Track attorney time and prepare accurate, detailed billing records.
Manage legal databases, document systems, and client files.
Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and monitor deadlines.
Ensure the legal team is prepared with materials for closings, meetings, and transactions.
Handle administrative support tasks such as travel coordination, expense reports, and other office needs.
Requirements
3+ years of legal administrative experience (transactional real estate/corporate preferred).
Business school or legal administrative degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple calendars.
