Hourly Pay Range $57.69 - $75.77 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) - ENT (Clinic Only) - Medical Group

Location: Skokie Hospital, Skokie

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Required Travel: 501 Skokie Blvd, Northbrook

What you will need

License: Current Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) & Controlled Substance licenses in the State of Illinois, and Federal DEA required

Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area

Certification: BLS/CPR certification required

Experience: Prior APP experience required. Experience in ENT highly preferred

What you will do

Provide comprehensive health care services in collaboration with ENT attending(s)

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of ear, nose, and throat complaints

Provide clinical care for patients in outpatient settings

Work collaboratively with various health care providers throughout the system
