An established and respected real estate law firm located in the Knox/Henderson area of Dallas is seeking a skilled and motivated
Litigation Attorney
with at least 5–7 years of experience to join our team. Our firm is home to multiple Board‑Certified Attorneys, and we pride ourselves on a collaborative work environment where employees often build long‑term careers.
Position Overview The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial and litigation work, with a preference for those who also have experience or interest in real estate law. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You will be expected to work full‑time, Monday through Friday, however your exact schedule will be determined by your court schedule as well as the needs of the office. No nights or weekends needed.
Beginning salary will be dependent upon experience and agreed upon billable hours (minimum 1600 yearly).
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in civil litigation matters from inception through trial
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Manage case strategy and client communications
Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings
Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation and real‑estate matters
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Texas
5–7 minimum years of litigation experience, including trial work
Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategy
Real estate law experience or interest is preferred, though not mandatory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

This is a full‑time, in‑office position at our Dallas location. No nights or weekends required.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience. Pay: $195,000.00 – $245,000.00 per year (depending on billables—bonus also available).
Education: Doctorate (Required). Experience: Litigation: 5 years (Required). Civil Law: 5 years (Required). License/Certification: Texas Bar License (Required).
