What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for partner integrations within the Carrot Ads platform
Lead discovery sessions with external partners and internal stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements
Drive execution from problem definition through launch, managing milestones and trade-offs
Build self-serve tooling and documentation to streamline partner integration processes
Establish and monitor product KPIs, running experiments to enhance performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of product management experience with B2B products, including APIs and data integrations
3+ years in advertising technology, retail media, or related data-driven platforms
Proven track record of shipping at least 2 production-grade external partner integrations
Hands‑on experience defining REST/GraphQL APIs and writing technical requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or 8+ years of relevant product experience in lieu of a degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with retail media networks or ad tech components
Background working with retailer data and related ETL workflows
Developed self‑serve partner onboarding portals and documentation
Familiarity with privacy and data protection requirements in advertising
MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field
