Director of Multifamily Development
in
Denver, CO .
This role will focus on the execution of the Company’s multifamily development and new construction strategy by implementing and processing identified development projects, and by managing all facets and activities related to new development projects to achieve the established financial and growth targets for the company. This candidate will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by leading the execution of two existing development projects anticipated to break ground in 2025 in the Phoenix and Denver markets. Working with an entrepreneurial leadership team and reporting to the MD of the Multifamily platform, this person will have the opportunity to manage the development process from concept to completion. The ideal candidate brings a passion for multifamily development execution and a proven ability to manage complex real estate development projects that align with the company’s strategic vision.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a desired focus in development, finance, architecture, engineering (MBA or MRED preferred).
5-8 years of multifamily development experience, ideally having direct oversight managing multiple development projects from concept to completion.
Track record leading ground-up development projects and taking them from conceptual design through completion and stabilization.
Experience in sourcing, managing, and engaging third-party architects, engineers, and other consultants.
Experience interfacing with planning commissions and other governmental agencies.
