Store Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee all store operations, including retail and food service.
Hire, train, and manage a team of associates to achieve financial and customer service goals.
Develop and execute store leadership training program for associates.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and store performance reporting.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Flexibility to work within a 50‑mile radius of a Panda store.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) is preferred.
