Program Director, IDD Services Location: 1185 S. 4th Ave, Suite M, Yuma, AZ 85364

Salary: $50,000 to $53,000

This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

Manage the day‑to‑day operations of one to four community programs, including organization and implementation of direct supports, person‑centered planning, and regulatory compliance.

Lead program staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.

Make recommendations on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations.

Implement program planning and monitor delivery of services to ensure consistency, engagement, and relevance to clients.

Be available on‑call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and two to three years of related experience in Human Services; preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other education, experience, training, licensure, or certification per state requirements.

Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi‑task to meet deadlines.

Effective communication skills to manage relationships.

Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach.
