Director – Analytics
We’re looking for a Director – Analytics to join our dynamic healthcare and life sciences consulting team. You’ll lead strategic analytics engagements across top pharmaceutical clients, delivering data-driven insights that shape brand performance, commercial execution, and product launch success.
You bring deep industry expertise, a strong command of pharma datasets (e.g., LAAD, DDD, XPO), and a passion for solving real-world business problems through advanced analytics.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery across high-impact analytics workstreams; serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
Build and implement cutting-edge BI and analytics solutions using
SQL, Tableau, SAS, R, and Alteryx .
Drive initiatives in
claims analytics ,
launch analytics , and
brand KPI tracking
to measure performance across the product lifecycle.
Shape and execute
Salesforce strategy
and
Salesforce effectiveness
programs, optimizing field force and sales operations.
Provide strategic input on
Salesforce sizing ,
IC & call plan design ,
go-to-market planning , and
marketing mix modeling .
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to drive operational excellence.
Mentor and guide analytics teams, promoting best practices in quality, automation, and client communications.
Support business development
by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and developing new analytics offerings.
Maintain strong client relationships and continuously identify ways to add strategic value.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years
of analytics experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical consulting (U.S. market focus).
Strong track record managing multiple client-facing projects across commercial and brand teams.
Expertise in
commercial operations ,
brand analytics , and
pharma sales/marketing analytics .
Clear communicator with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
Self-starter with a consultative mindset and sharp analytical skills.
Proficient in industry-standard tools:
SQL, Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx .
