Qualifications
Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar IT support role (Help Desk Tier 1–3). 5+ years of hands‑on support experience for 100+ users or multiple locations. Experience as a mobile field technician visiting one or more sites per day. Basic understanding of IT cabling infrastructure and level 1–2 support troubleshooting. Collaborates with Networking, Engineering, Telco, and Help Desk on tickets, projects, and tech refreshes. Hands‑on deployment of desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, peripherals, printers, copiers, and medical support equipment. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HP, Lenovo, Dell, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Microsoft Suite, Citrix, Active Directory, Workday, Edge, Chrome, Chrome OS, Apple iOS, Android, iPhone, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and imaging. Intermediate knowledge of Windows 8.1, 10, and 11. Experience with mobile device management and configuration tools. Must be 25 years or older. Responsibilities
Deploy, service, and order equipment. Install networking and telco equipment. Process warranty requests and returns. Manage MDM and ServiceNow directory. Process Zendesk tickets and equipment quotes. Attend team meetings and culture events. Travel locally – Southern California (San Diego/Oceanside/Escondido). Out‑of‑market travel (limited basis). Support facility administration, nursing, and service center team members. Reconcile AMEX Concur expenses. Assist fellow field ops team members. Project management. What You’ll Receive

$75,000 – $85,000
DOE; may be eligible for bonus. Working Conditions
24/7 operations with extensive local travel (75%+). 4‑hour drives and air travel may be necessary. Work is performed in office areas, network rooms, telco rooms, and storage areas. The role poses risks of injury from falls, burns, odors, dust, disinfectants, hazardous chemicals, tobacco smoke, and other air contaminants. Equal Opportunity
