Key Responsibilities
Lead and evolve underwriting strategy across all E&S lines, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and risk appetite.
Oversee underwriting governance, pricing discipline, and portfolio management.
Build and mentor high-performing underwriting teams across multiple specialties.
Collaborate with actuarial, claims, distribution, and executive leadership to optimize performance.
Represent the company externally with brokers, reinsurers, and industry bodies.
Drive innovation in underwriting tools, analytics, and automation.

Underwriting leadership experience in E&S or specialty lines.
