About the ARC The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no‑fee program to assist men and women in completing our rehabilitation program. The organization relies on the diligence and devotion of its employees to maintain and improve the program’s effectiveness.

Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Ability to lead, motivate and mentor teams of warehouse associates and beneficiaries.
Strong communication, leadership, accountability and follow‑through skills.
Ability to assess quality of donated items.
Adaptability to supervise various production units.
Proven track record of hitting production goals.
Prior experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations.
Physical Requirements
Sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
Grasp, push, pull goods such as file drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling racks, furniture dollies, platform trucks, hand trucks and miscellaneous carts.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Perform various repetitive motion tasks.
Essential Job Duties
Supervise, coach and train all warehouse associates and beneficiaries to reach operational efficiency and achieve production goals.
Evaluate employee performance and provide accurate reviews and clear attainable goals.
Overall responsibility for production department performance and lead by example.
Ensure merchandise is priced according to policy.
Maintain quality control for all materials sent to the stores.
Collect and secure all jewelry and other high‑ticket items.
Adhere to policy that no merchandise is taken, given or lent. Shopping or storing product is strictly prohibited.
Safely use, maintain warehouse supplies and production equipment.
Keep the immediate working area clean, neat and organized.
Follow safety measures established by ARC policy and government regulations.
All overtime must have written approval of the supervisor; supervisor initials on the timecard.
Perform any other written or verbal duties as assigned.

Education
GED (required)

Experience
