Responsibilities
Compile underwriting in ARGUS and Excel to support multi‑year planning, hold‑sell decisions, financing, leasing, value‑add strategies and quarterly reporting.
Prepare Investment Committee presentations for financings, leasing and dispositions.
Analyze leasing opportunities and sensitivities via ARGUS, NPV analyses and market research.
Work with property management teams on everyday operations and with engineering teams on construction management.
Lead external appraisal process and complete internal valuations across transactions, research and portfolio/asset management departments.
Support the transition of newly acquired properties from the Transactions group to the Portfolio/Asset management group.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or a related field. GPA may be provided in resume.
Industry experience in real estate asset management, acquisition or property management preferred.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, proficiency in ARGUS, Excel and market research.
Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized and able to multi‑task.
Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
