Job Summary Responsible for evaluating, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive benefits plans that align with the company’s goals and meet the needs of its employees.

Essential Functions

Administer various employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, life insurance, and wellness programs.

Evaluate existing benefits programs to assess their competitiveness, cost‑effectiveness, and alignment with industry trends.

Stay up‑to‑date with relevant federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits.

Develop and deliver employee communications to explain benefit plans, changes, and updates.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources Management required or Bachelor’s Degree Related Field of Study required.

Experience

Human Resources Experience 1‑2 years required and Benefits Administration Experience 0‑1 year preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Familiarity with various benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, disability coverage, and wellness initiatives.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and make data‑driven recommendations.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and benefits administration software.
