Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do:

Provide on-site and remote IT support for the North America Distribution Center, including imaging, configuring, upgrading, and break/fix services for workstations, laptops, mobile devices, RF scanners, phones, and document/label printers.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across supported systems and peripherals.

Install, configure, and test new and existing computer equipment and peripherals; maintain operating systems and end-user applications.

Support corporate and distribution center software including Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, iSeries, RF rugged emulation software, Adobe Creative Suite, Cisco VPN, and others.

Monitor and maintain wired and wireless network connectivity throughout the facility; diagnose and resolve issues involving access points, network cabinets, servers, software, handhelds, printers, workstations, and automation systems (e.g., Dematic conveyor systems).

Deploy mobile equipment across organizational groups using EMM/MDM platforms; manage issuance and recovery of devices.

Resolve escalated issues from the IT Service Desk; manage Level 2 incidents using ServiceNow ITSM.

Collaborate with management to align and execute IT strategy for the distribution center.

Provide after-hours support to ensure system availability and operational continuity.

Coordinate with HR and IT for equipment provisioning and recovery during employee onboarding and offboarding.

Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle—from deployment and configuration to maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning—ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance.

Liaise with vendors for support and maintenance of computer hardware and printers.

Conduct preventive maintenance and identify hardware issues proactively.

You’ll Need to Have:

Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate end-user support for RF devices, Windows laptops/PCs.

Experience working in a large, decentralized global organization.

Hands‑on experience with rugged RF device configuration and printer setup, including iSeries printer outq.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including remote collaboration.

Experience with network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, access points, firewalls, servers, monitoring and storage systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external client interactions.

Proficient in written and verbal communication with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

Familiarity with iSeries Manhattan Associates (MA) applications supporting distribution and order management (WMi, AO).

Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless configuration (802.11x).

Ability to research and resolve PC hardware/software issues independently and collaboratively.
