The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the Ice Cream Business Unit Value Creation Plan as a key business leader within our portfolio of brands. This role blends brand leadership, cross‑functional execution, innovation pipeline management, and customer collaboration. You’ll have ownership of P&L levers and will play a critical role in the brand’s continued evolution. The Brand Manager will drive the brand strategy inclusive of forecasting and consumption analytics to achieve specific brand/cell objectives, lead portfolio projects, including delivery of sales, P&L, MAC, and Household Penetration targets.

What are we looking for?

5+ years Brand Marketing experience across differentiated categories required, CPG industry experiences preferred.

Effective Financial Acumen and understanding of P&L management.

Acute brand marketing experiences required, including brand building, content/campaign activations, digital marketing, agile marketing tactics, and non‑traditional ways to build awareness and engagement among consumers.

People leadership experience managing direct reports and/or adjacent teams.

Proven analytical skills. Must be comfortable mining and analyzing data, then developing clear and actionable conclusions/recommendations.

Cross‑functional leadership experience with proven project management ability.

Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.

Ability to juggle multiple projects with discipline, agility, and a growth mindset.

High levels of interpersonal skills, specifically in the area of influencing without direct authority, resolving conflict, and creative problem solving.

Proficiency in Nielsen and Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

What will be your key responsibilities?

Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that fuels growth leveraging customer, consumer, factory and brand data. Translate consumer insights into compelling go‑to‑market plans.

Lead the creation and execution of annual marketing plans. Collaborate across internal teams (R&D, product, content) to ensure messaging is breakthrough, on‑brand, and aligned with campaign objectives.

Partner with inter‑agency teams (across Media, PR, Consumer Promo and Creative) on brand activities that meet business objectives.

Full responsibility for managing P&L levers and play a pivotal role in shaping the future trajectory of brands within the portfolio.

Own the 3‑year innovation roadmap for brand/portfolio, including PPA and Product news. Champion cross‑functional development (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) from concept to shelf.

Work hand‑in‑hand with Customer Marketing and/or Sales to develop customer‑specific programs and compelling storytelling that inspire and convert.

Monitor consumption and business performance; inform forecasting assumptions. Deliver actionable insights through market analysis, segmentation, and post‑launch evaluations to optimize effectiveness and ROI.

Lead and inspire cross‑functional teams including Consumer Insights, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Shopper Marketing and agency partners to deliver against annual operating plans.

Stay ahead of emerging trends, competitor moves, and market shifts to identify growth opportunities and respond proactively.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between USD 133,067.00 and USD 182,958.00. The total compensation package will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in a 401(k) plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
